• Raymond H. Bonner, 24, of the 1700 block of Berkley Street, appeared in bond court Tuesday on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana, resisting an officer and obstructing identification, all misdemeanors, according to court documents. Officers responded to a domestic dispute and found Bonner in possession of a metal smoking pipe, documents said. He is charged with trying to run away from officers and then giving a false name, when stopped, documents said. Bail was set at $20,000, of which Bonner must pay 10 percent to be released before his next court date, scheduled for Oct. 4 in St. Charles.
