Lass helps Lakes past Grant
Lakes d. Grant: Stephanie Lass got a 6-2, 6-2 win over Olga Krapinver in the No. 1 singles match to lead Lakes to a 5-2 victory over Grant. Grant got a win in the No. 2 doubles match thanks to Alec Mora and Sarah Vandervest. They defeated Alexa Blackwell and Gina Nordland, 5-1, 6-3.
Stevenson d. Lake Zurich: Stevenson swept Lake Zurich 7-0 as Vinaya Rao led the way with a win in the No. 1 singles match over Sam Wilson, 6-3, 6-2.
Vernon Hills d. Antioch: Vernon Hills won all three singles matches in getting a 5-2 win over Antioch. No. 1 singles player Elizabeth Borgman led the way for the Cougars with a 6-0, 6-0 shutout of Jessica Stonis.
Lake Forest d. Libertyville: Lake Forest swept Libertyville 7-0.
