Bill’s Pizza toy collection

The 3rd Annual Toy Drive-Tailgate Party benefiting the Walter & Connie Payton Foundation is Sunday, Oct. 7 at Bill’s Pizza & Pub, 624 South Lake St., Mundelein. Hosted by Bill’s Pub and O’Hare-Midway Limousine Service, the goal is to collect children’s toys to be distributed by the Payton Foundation. The outdoor Tailgate Party is 1 to 6:30 p.m., and centers around viewing the Bears 3:05 p.m. game vs. Jacksonville. Drawings, music, a silent auction, craft brew specials, pizza and other treats are available on-site. Ten percent of all sales will be donated to the foundation. O’Hare-Midway Limousine will contribute the Ultimate Tailgate Party Package, a 14-person excursion bus trip. Bill’s Pizza & Pub locations in Mundelein and Third lake will collect new, unwrapped toys from Sept. 28 through Oct. 7, and reward donors with $2 “Bill’s Bucks” for each toy donated.
