I helped the Whistle Blower (Patrick McD.) in the HIRED TRUCK Scandel which saved 40 million dollars for the taxpayers!Elected offices held: NoneHave you ever been arrested for or convicted of a crime? If yes, please explain: noneCandidate's Key Issues Key Issue 1 There are so many issues at hand but here is a few: Reduce property taxes. We are paying property taxes at a high rate that was in effect years ago, with the housing values below the market value the tax rates should be lowered NOW! we should ask for a reduction of these taxes NOW.Key Issue 2 Elderly Abuse. Either in a elderly housing facilities or in a home setting. In a senior housing facilities setting these places that take care of our elderly are abusing them from what I have seen take place! I will push for a law that will protect our seniors, these senior's work all their life so they can retire with respect from their working life. I will be the voice for these seniors!Key Issue 3 No insurance: Some drivers will drive their vehicles without insurance. When elected I will push for a law that notifies the Secretary of State of an insurance default, meaning if you carry no insurance, the record will indicate that you have no insurance, when the police request your license and registration and insurance card, the driver will have to produce the requested items, the secretary of state will send a notice to the police that the driver has no insurance, therfor the police will issue a ticket, and request a tow for that vehicle to the pound, and take into custody. I believe Drivers will make sure they have insurance!Questions Answers How would you fix the state's pension gap? Should pension costs be shifted to suburban school districts? Why or why not? Should this issue be voted on in a lame-duck session? Why or why not? How can partisan gridlock be eased to solve the crisis? This crisis began a very long time ago, I think we should look into where we are spending foolishly, and adjust. pension cost should NOT be shifted into Suburban School Districts. (why should the suburban disticts have to pay-they should NOT) The Issue's should be voted on after the Lame duck session. The partisan Gridlock should not have to be issues, as we work on the problems without blaming the republican or the Democrats. How, specifically, would you cut the budget? What does Illinois need to do to fix its status as a "deadbeat state?" How will you vote on future gambling bills? What is your view of slots at racetracks? Casino expansion?I would look at the waste that the taxpayers are paying, I would look at everything the state is paying out. Example: I have seen a roadway that was "redone" the roadway did not need to be replaced, but the state contracted the work, wasting taxpayer funds. I will be an advocate for the taxpayers when I get voted in office! What can you do specifically to help the economy in your district? How can you help create jobs in your district and statewide? What is your view of the tax breaks granted to companies like Motorola Mobility, Navistar and Sears?I would have job fairs in my district, get the biggest employers to come and interview citizens for employment. Do the same in each district! Tax breaks are good for companies, if applied correctly. but that needs to be looked at also.Do you favor limiting how much money party leaders can give candidates during an election? If elected, do you plan to vote for the current leader of your caucus? Why or why not? Do you support or oppose campaign contribution limits? Please explain.YES! I am in Favor of limiting terms in Office, and limiting campaign money for candidates! the current leader of the caucus should run like everyone else, I will NOT be anyones puppet! I support campaign contributions limits! Because you have great candidates that would be good for the city and State but they do NOT have the contributions that the others have.Should gay marriage be legalized in Illinois? Should it be voted on in a lame-duck session as civil unions were? Should Illinois define life as beginning at conception? How would you vote on a concealed carry plan? Should the death penalty return?I believe in the DEATH PENALTY! but after every avenue is looked at. I believe in conceal and carry! Yes Life should be defined at conception. Nothing should be voted on by the Lame-duck sessions. Gay Marriage's (I do not know enough about this question to answer).
