Arlington Hts. library lot closing for repairs

The underground parking lot of Arlington Heights Memorial Library, including library entrances and drive-up service, will be closed due to repaving from Monday, Sept. 24, through Friday, Sept. 28.

Library customers are asked to use the Dunton Avenue entrance during that time. The Dunton Avenue book drop also will remain open. Drive-up reserves will be available at Express Reserves inside the building from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m.

The bookmobile also will be available, as items from the main library can be reserved via the bookmobile staff and then be checked out on the bookmobile, said Deb Whisler, the library’s director of communications and marketing. The bookmobile stops at 29 places in Arlington Heights. More information is available at www.ahml.info.
