Apple Pecan Crisp

¾ cup whole wheat flour, divided

½ cup old fashioned oats

½ cup chopped pecans

1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar

3 tablespoons butter-flavored spread, softened

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided

6 cups chopped Granny Smith apples (6-8 apples)

½ cup raisins

2 tablespoons sugar

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9-by-9-inch pan with nonstick spray.

In small bowl, combine ½ cup flour, oats, pecans, brown sugar, buttery spread and ½ teaspoon cinnamon; mix with a fork until well combined.

In large bowl, combine apples, remaining ¼ cup flour, raisins, sugar and remaining ½ teaspoon cinnamon; toss to combine.

Transfer to prepared pan and top with oat mixture. Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

Serves eight.

Nutrition values per serving: 290 calories, 11 g fat (2 g saturated) 52 g carbohydrates, 5 g fiber, 3 g protein, 0 cholesterol, 35 mg sodium.
