Two men have been arrested in connection with a pair of bank robberies in Lake County, authorities said Tuesday. Nicholas Kastner, 19, and Jamaun Johnson, 22, were charged by federal officials with bank robbery after being accused of robbing TCF Banks in Grayslake and Round Lake Beach on Monday, FBI Special Agent Julia Meredith said.
