More work vans burglarized in Arlington Hts.

Burglars broke into three work vans in the same area of south Arlington Heights overnight Sept. 4, stealing tools valued at more than $2,000. This follows eight similar thefts in the same area reported a couple of weeks ago.

Burglars shattered the rear passenger-side window on a red 1998 Ford Econoline E350 in a condominium parking lot in the 700 block of East Falcon, punched out the passenger-side door lock on a white 2002 Chevy Express van in an apartment parking lot in the 800 block of East Shady Way, and shattered the passenger-side window on a white 2003 Ford Econoline E250 van in an apartment parking lot in the 2400 block of South Goebbert Road.
