Night life events: Fleming's hosts 'Bottle Wars'
Fleming's bottle wars
Save the whales — er, bottles — each Friday throughout September at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar's “Bottle Wars.” Rival wines are highlighted at four unique wine tastings. Each night, try eight to 10 wines for $25. From 5:30 to 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 7, the war is a “Pinot Smackdown,” featuring pinot noirs from California's Central Coast competing against pinot noirs from Sonoma, Oregon and the Anderson Valley.
Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar is located at 980 Milwaukee Ave., Lincolnshire. (847) 793-0333 or flemingssteakhouse.com.
