Police: Man threatens neighbor with AK-47

A man with at least two past felony convictions is facing more felony charges after threatening a neighbor with an AK-47 early Saturday morning in a trailer park near Des Plaines, authorities said. Timothy Bogacki, 32, of the 4000 block of East Touhy Avenue in an unincorporated area near Des Plaines, is being charged with felony unlawful use of a weapon by a felon, and misdemeanor charges of reckless conduct and battery.
