Retired teachers meeting
The Lake County Retired Teachers Association will meet at noon on Sept. 11 at Lambs Farm restaurant on Route 176 and the Tri-State Tollway in Libertyville. The cost is $14 per person for the buffet luncheon/meeting. The luncheon will be attended by many of the Lake County political candidates for the state House and Senate or their representatives. They will stay for lunch and speak briefly and answer questions. They will also provide pamphlets and other materials of their candidacy. All retired educators are welcome to attend and no reservations are required for this meet and greet.
