Goodman announces additions to its artistic collective
Goodman Theatre artistic director Robert Falls announced Tuesday the addition of director Henry Wishcamper, director of Goodman productions of “Talking Pictures” and “Animal Crackers” as the newest member of its artistic collective, an ensemble that includes Brian Dennehy, Mary Zimmerman, Rebecca Gilman, Henry Godinez, Steve Scott, Chuck Smith and Regina Taylor. Wishcamper will direct “Other Desert Cities” for Goodman in January.
Falls also said Chicago playwright and director Seth Bockley, winner of Goodman’s 2009 Ofner Prize and a 2008 Jeff Equity Citation for “Jon,” will spend two years as an artist-in-residence at Goodman.
