Temps increase is unprecedented
I take issue with Donn Dears’ Fence Post letter, “Fracking is our future.” He claims that earth temperatures were higher in 1100 AD than today and that temperatures over the past 12 years have declined.
All of the scientific studies on the climate demonstrate that the earth is warmer today that it was in 1100 AD and that temperatures are rising at an alarming rate.
While temperatures have fluctuated greatly over the millennia, it is normally a slow process. The rapid increase in temperature today is unprecedented.
