Republican Judy Biggert is taking on Democrat Bill Foster in the 11th Congressional District race in November.

Democrat Bill Foster met with a small group of senior citizens in downtown Joliet Friday afternoon to get a feel for lingering concerns about the future of Social Security. Foster believes the solvency of Social Security won't be an imminent threat until 2037.
