At one time, not that long ago, I belonged to a 24-hour gym and worked out three times a week. Now? Not so much.

My husband rides his bicycle nearly every day in the spring and summer. And when the temperature cracks 50 degrees in the fall and winter, he's on the road then, too.

But Eileen Brown, the Daily Herald's director of innovation and audience development, puts him to shame. Eileen has exercised every day without fail for the past SEVEN YEARS.

How often do you hit the gym? And what do you do for exercise? Jogging, yoga or swimming? Do you play golf or tennis? Or something else?
