Primary polls open in Wisconsin

MILWAUKEE — Primary election polls are open across Wisconsin.

A four-way Republican race for the U.S. Senate is at the top of the ticket and is the only statewide contest. Two congressional districts and dozens of legislative races are also on the ballot.

The state’s Government Accountability Board predicts 20 percent of eligible voters will turn out for Tuesday’s primary in Wisconsin. That’s about 870,500 voters.

You don’t need a photo ID to vote in this election, but you must sign the poll book. Polls are open until 8 p.m.
