Antioch gallery open house
Sharon Rollings and Paul Weber will be the featured artists at the Antioch Fine Art Gallery for the month of August. Their open house is Saturday, Aug. 11 at the not-for-profit gallery at 983 Main Street, Antioch, from 1 to 4 p.m. Rollings paints solely in watercolor and leans toward texture, unusual lighting, and animals. Weber finds direct observation far more emotionally satisfying than looking at a photo or computer screen, not to mention the increased richness of detail and color and light variability.
