Not guilty plea in Wisconsin crash that killed husband

VIROQUA, Wis. — A woman accused of driving drunk and causing a crash that killed her husband will stand trial in Vernon County.

Fifty-three-year-Sharon Gray pleaded not guilty to homicide by intoxicated use of vehicle in court Wednesday. A judge found enough evidence for the DeSoto woman to stand trial.

Prosecutors say Gray was driving drunk in the Town of Wheatland in May when she lost control on a curve in the road and crashed. Her husband, Jason Gray, was thrown from the vehicle and later died.

WXOW-TV says Gray is due back in court in September.
