2 dead in shooting at Milwaukee business

MILWAUKEE — Police say an employee at a Milwaukee manufacturing plant fatally shot his supervisor and then killed himself.

Authorities say the 58-year-old supervisor was shot multiple times at Trans-Coil International, or TCI, about 6 p.m. Thursday on the city’s northwest side. He was pronounced dead at a local hospital.

Police say the 23-year-old male employee was found inside the plant with a gunshot wound to the head. A handgun was recovered at the scene.

The men have not been identified.

WISN-TV says third-shift employees were turned away as they arrived for work and told the plant would remain closed Friday.
