1971-1979: Salesman, Bill Jacobs Chevrolet, Joliet. Works his way up to sales manager and then general manager.
1979-1981: Joliet Datsun, purchases and manages first dealership.
1982-1986: Opens M’Lady Olds GMC, Ottawa
1986-1987: M’Lady Porsche Audi, Beverly Hills, Calif.
1987: Returns to Chicago area, purchases Oldsmobile franchise that becomes M’Lady Olds
1989: Awarded, opens Isuzu store in Crystal Lake
1992: Bought dealership in Crystal Lake that becomes M’Lady Nissan
