Peach Brulee Ice Cream Pie

1 pint Ben & Jerry’s Peach Cobbler Ice cream

1 pint Ben & Jerry’s Crème Brulee Ice Cream

1 regular size (about 170 gram) pre-made graham cracker crust

Place large glass or metal bowl into freezer.

Take the peach cobbler ice cream from freezer, remove top and allow to rest at room temperature for 15 minutes. Remove bowl from freezer. Scoop softened ice cream into cold bowl.

Using knife, cut ice cream into pieces. Quickly stir with spoon to evenly soften ice cream until it is frosting consistency, but do not melt. Spoon into bottom of graham crust and quickly smooth with spatula to level. Cover with plastic wrap or inverted plastic cover from purchased crust. Seal well and freeze 4 hours.

Repeat procedure to soften pint of crème brûlée ice cream. Remove frozen crust from freezer and, working quickly, spread softened ice cream over the peach ice cream layer. Use spoon to spread evenly and create decorate swirls and peaks on top. Cover and freeze 4-6 hours until firm.

To serve: Cut slices using a knife dipped in hot water. Pie can be removed from aluminum tin and placed on platter for party presentation. Garnish with fresh peaches or raspberries, if desired.

Serves eight to 10.
