Roberts should have recused himself

Justice John Roberts is to Obamacare what Justice Blackmun is to Roe v. Wade, the abortion decision. Scuttlebutt says Blackmun, in conjunction with Mayo Clinic, drafted the “right to privacy” statement to uphold a doctor’s right to terminate the life of the unborn. Legal scholars all agree that the privacy right is not found in the Constitution.

Dr. Gary North, editor of the Tea Party Economist, summarized it best. Roberts’ decision was a “lawyer like deception.” Roberts gave us “the fundamental principle of a fascist economy.” Again, where do we find this right to tax citizens for the benefit of private business in the Constitution?

In January, 2009, Roberts had a private meeting with Obama which has been somewhat of a tradition before the swearing in ceremony. The difference here being that there were numerous cases against Obama pending before the court. No doubt, eligibility was the central issue of their discussion. Subsequently the court refused to hear all the cases on the docket dealing with Obama’s eligibility to be president. Given this, Justice Roberts should have recused himself based on personal bias. If he wanted those cases heard, it would have happened.

My guess is that in the future we will see a shift in court opinions. The push for U.N. or international law will begin to slowly creep into the court’s renderings. Roberts just took one giant step for world globalism. I don’t look to the Republicans to save us, they won’t touch the eligibility issue and they won’t fight for our Constitution. If supposed “conservatives” really cared about the Constitution, Ron Paul would be the Republican nominee.

Our vote really no longer matters. We have a one party system in Washington — the Tax and Spend War Party bought and paid for by the international bankers and corporations, our “shadow government.”
