At a glance: The Cubs got swept by the Marlins in three games at Miami in mid-April, getting outscored 19-6. Manager Ozzie Guillen’s Marlins entered Monday’s series finale against Washington with a record of 42-46, putting them fourth in the NL East. The Cubs again will miss former teammate Carlos Zambrano, who was scheduled to start Monday. Ex-White Sox pitcher Buehrle beat the Cubs 9-1 on April 18, going 8 innings. The Cubs’ Wood takes a four-game winning streak into the series opener. Giancarlo Stanton leads the Marlins in most key offensive stats, but he’s on the disabled list (knee). The Marlins entered Monday 14th in the NL in ERA (4.14). The Cubs were 14th (4.24), but they have a 1.23 ERA in their last five games.
