Illinois-based independent writer and journalist Derek Monroe has traveled to Tohoku region and toured areas affected by the tsunami and radioactivity. Monroe will give a video-photo presentation called "Japan: One Year After the Disaster in the Tohoku Region" at the Lake Villa District Library, 1001 E.
