Wheeling Walmart adding 130 workers
The expanded Walmart in Wheeling will be filling more than 130 newly created associate positions being next month.
According to store manager Roger Fox, the store will be hiring both full- and part-time associates. Associates are needed in all areas and most will begin work immediately to help prepare the store for its grand opening in August.
“We are thrilled to expand this Walmart in Wheeling and bring good jobs with career opportunities to the area,” Fox said in a release.
Walmart has set up a temporary hiring center inside the store at 1455 E. Lake-Cook Road, or applicants can find out more online here.
