Cathleen Koch pleaded guilty Thursday to aggravated domestic battery of her daughter, Molly, that left the toddler with permanent brain damage. Even though Cathleen didn't touch the girl Oct. 27, 2010, legally she is accountable for the actions of James Cooper, Koch's boyfriend, who beat the child.
