A Mariano's Fresh Market and two banks will make their way to Lake Zurich in the near future. The retail project on the northwest corner of Route 22 and Quentin Road, was approved by the village board Monday night. Steve Pagnotta, president of Bradford Real Estate Co. explained landscape, architecture, and traffic issues of the plan at the meeting.
