The National Veterans Museum hosted an event at the Marriott in Hoffman Estates Wednesday to further launch efforts to get the 320,000-square-foot museum built on land near Beverly Road and I-90. Potential donors, including Mathew St. Patrick from HBO's "Six Feet Under," and political supporters, including Hoffman Estates Mayor William McLeod, were present.
