Lance, an African spurred tortoise, has been missing from Lombard since Sunday. His owners, Susan and Andy Lechner, think someone may have taken Lance after he likely wandered to an apartment complex behind their home.

Susan and Andy Lechner's 45-pound tortoise, Lance, likes to sit in the shade of garbage bins at an apartment complex near their Lombard home. Lance has been missing since Sunday and hasn't turned up in any of his usual hiding places.
