The driver, Rigoberto Morales, 25, of Rolling Meadows was attempting to back a Ford Contour into a parking space when he accidentally put the car into drive instead of reverse, Boggs said.

Morales was issued a citation for no valid driver's license.

The exact cost of damages is unknown, Boggs said, but they amounted to more than $1,500.
