At a glance: The White Sox are back at .500 (21-21) after sweeping a three-game interleague series vs. the Cubs at Wrigley Field and extending their winning streak to four. The Sox meet the Twins for the first time this season. They were 9-9 vs. Minnesota last year, winning eight of the last 10. Carl Pavano might start for the Twins on Thursday, but he has been dealing with a muscle strain in his throwing (right) shoulder. Minnesota has won four of five but still has the worst record (14-27) in the American League. The Twins are last in the AL with a 5.43 ERA and 12th in runs scored (155). In 4 home starts, Floyd is 3-1 with a 2.05 ERA.
