Bulls vs. Cleveland Cavaliers at the United Center, 7 p.m.
TV: Comcast SportsNet
Radio: WMVP 1000-AM
Update: The Cavaliers have no need to rest anyone for the playoffs, but a victory now could decrease their chances in the draft lottery. PG Kyrie Irving was suffering from stomach flu on Wednesday when the Cavs hosted Washington. He's a virtual lock to win rookie of the year, averaging 18.8 points and 5.5 assists. Veteran PF Antawn Jamison is at 17.4 ppg. The Bulls are 6-0 against the Cavs since LeBron James left, including two wins in Cleveland this season by a combined 60 points.
