West Chicago residents and officials are remembering Mayor Mike Kwasman as a dedicated leader who fought to improve their city's image. Kwasman, 65, died Tuesday after suffering a heart attack Saturday while he was eating pizza with friends at Pal Joey's restaurant, officials said.
