3 killed in Orland Park crash

ORLAND PARK — A car accident in has killed three members of a Tinley Park family.

The Cook County medical examiner's office has identified those killed as 62-year-old Nazai Deis, 49-year-old Wafieh Deis and 15-year-old Samah Deis.

Orland Park Fire Protection District Battalion Chief Michael Schofield says their Toyota Camry was involved in an accident late Sunday with a street-sweeper truck and a small pickup truck.

Schofield says the street-sweeper's driver also was taken to the hospital.

There's no word on what caused the accident.
