Wide receiver Brandon Marshall, here celebrating after the NFL Pro Bowl in Honolulu, has been accused of punching a woman in the face at a nightclub. No charges have been filed, and Marshall's attorney disputes the allegation and any involvement by Marshall or his wife, who was injured as they were leaving the club to avoid the unexpected melee.

About this Article

Three-time Pro Bowl wide receiver Brandon Marshall is coming to the Bears with even more baggage, following an incident last weekend in which he allegedly punched a woman in the face at a New York City nightclub. An attorney for Marshall, who was diagnosed last summer with Borderline Personality Disorder, said his client did nothing wrong, was not charged by police and is cooperating with authorities. Bears officials acknowledged they knew about the report before they signed Marshall.
