St. Charles’ Delnor Woods to nearly double in size

One of the larger parks in the heart of St. Charles will nearly double in size thanks to a purchase recently inked by park district officials. Delnor Woods adds 19.1 acres through a deal with the Dellora A. Norris Trust. There are no major plans in the immediate future to improve the land.
