Southern-Style Hot Dog Chili with Slaw

8 all-beef hot dogs

8 soft hot dog buns

Yellow mustard for serving

½ cup Southern-Style Hot Dog Chili (see recipe below)

½ cup finely chopped deli coleslaw

@Recipe nutrition:

Prepare the hot dogs according to preference (pan-fry, grill, boil).

Split the buns and toast. Top each toasted bun with hot dog, mustard, 2 tablespoons chili and 2 tablespoons coleslaw.

Serves four to eight.

@Recipe nutrition:Nutrition values per chili dog: 329 calories (50 percent from fat), 18 g fat (7 g saturated), 26 g carbohydrates, 4 g fiber, 12 g protein, 44 mg cholesterol, 617 mg sodium.
