Why are you running for this office, whether for re-election or election for the first time? Is there a particular issue that motivates you? If so, what?
I am running for Will County Board to take on the status quo entrenched management of the county. The good ole boy network which annoints status and positions and pensions and perks to those who play along, and which disregards due diligence in favor of campaign contributions, needs to be taken apart to save the good stuff and throw out the dead wood.

I am a clear fast thinker, very astute with numbers and I excel at visualizing a project from beginning to end from multiple directions.
How can the county best manage its growth, growing diversity?
Prioritize the functions of county government; eliminate the unnecessary and correct the nonperforming; forecast the growth areas and access new asset/personell needs. Spend the Taxpayer's dollar as He would when planning for his own growing family.

I see no problem with the board level of pay. I do not agree with generous pensions for part time work and won't take one. I strongly disagree with 'pay to play' campaign contributions.
