In this week's edition of our "Ask the Sports Writers" video Q&A, White Sox beat writer Scot Gregor talks about the challenge facing Dayan Viciedo to replace Carlos Quentin, and he shares his opinion of the strength of the 2012 White Sox team heading into spring training. Gregor also talks about what he expects from manager Robin Ventura, and what he brings to the clubhouse, and he explains which key player he believes is most capable of bouncing back from last season's disappointing showing.
