Kindergarten meet for D73:
Parents of children who will turn 5 by Sept. 1 are invited to a kindergarten information meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 26 at Hawthorn Middle School South, 600 North Aspen Drive, Vernon Hills. The curriculum, registration process, school tours, lottery system and deadlines will be discussed. Information will also be provided about the availability of limited full-day tuition-based kindergarten, which as currently conceived will be at Elementary North and Elementary South.
