Arlington Hts. library friends host book sale

By Deborah Donovan

For some of us, nothing cheers up a cold winter day like a warm book.

The Friends of the Arlington Heights Library want to help early in this post-holiday season.

The group this weekend is offering for sale used mysteries, science fiction books and large print books.

The “A Novel Affair” sale takes place Saturday, Jan. 7, and Sunday, Jan. 8, in the lower level of the library, 500 N. Dunton Ave., Arlington Heights. Hours are from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday and noon to 4:30 p.m. on Sunday.
