Drop Scones

1⅔ cups flour

¼ cup sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

⅔ cup milk

⅓ cup vegetable oil

¾ cup fresh or dried berries, chocolate chips or other stir-ins

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Grease a baking sheet.

In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add milk and oil and stir until sticky but not smooth. Fold in berries, chips or other add-ins. Drop six, equally portioned pieces onto the prepared pan and bake 10 minutes or until bottoms are deep golden brown. Serves six.
