Cheese and Ham Casserole

3 cups French bread, cubed

3 cups ham, diced

1 cup American cheese, diced

3 tablespoons flour

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dry mustard

4 eggs, well beaten

3 cups milk

Dash hot pepper sauce

Butter a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.

Arrange bread, ham, cheese in prepared pan.

In a small bowl, mix flour, salt and mustard; sprinkle over bread, ham and cheese.

In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk and hot pepper sauce; pour over mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

Serves six.
