A third person has been charged in connection with a Carol Stream woman’s apparent heroin overdose death Monday. Bail was set at $500,000 this morning for Divie A. Moore, 29, on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, marijuana possession and unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon.
