OK for government to overreach?
Honest Pat Quinn says, “We must stand behind the consumers of Illinois and protect them from any overreaching by big utility companies.” Where was Honest Pat when the overreaching legislature raised income taxes 67 percent or when the overreaching toll authority decided to raise tolls over 80 percent? I guess he’s only opposed to corporate gouging as opposed to government gouging.
