Italy to Unfreeze 2.5 Billion Euros of Libyan Assets: Frattini c.2011 Bloomberg News
Sept. 30 (Bloomberg) -- Italy will unfreeze 2.5 billion euros of Libyan assets to be used by the country’s National Transitional Council for “urgent” projects, Italian Foreign Minister Franco Frattini told reporters in Tripoli today. Italy will also send its experts to the Libyan Central Bank, he said.
