Hanover Park to hold workshop on Village Center

The village of Hanover Park invites all residents, employees and businesses to attend a public workshop to discuss plans for the future Village Center. The workshop will be at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 13 at village hall, room 214, 2121 W. Lake St., Hanover Park. There will be project updates and interactive design activities.
Plans are in the works for a mixed-use development southwest of Lake Street and County Farm Road. It will include retail, restaurants, office and housing, all within an area accessible by multiple forms of transportation.
