Why do you want to be part of the Cook of the Week Challenge? I always read the “Cook of the Week” article in the Daily Herald and find it interesting. I saw the Challenge contest and thought it would be a good start to see how I could compete with others as I’ve never done anything like this before. And when I saw it would involve the grill, it piqued my interest even more as I grill out year round.
