Hanover Park holds special brush collection

Hanover Park is holding a special villagewide branch collection starting Monday, Aug. 22, after experiencing widespread tree damage to both public and private trees in recent storms. Residents need to have branches at the curb by 7 a.m. Branches that are between two and 10 feet in length and less than eight inches in diameter will be picked up. Brush should be stacked neatly in one direction toward the street. For more information, call Public Works at (630) 372-4440.
