Ebeid joins Delta Outsourcing as vice president

DEERFIELD — John Ebeid, a 12-year veteran in the pharmaceutical industry, has joined Delta Outsourcing, a division of Delta Pharma and Randstad, as vice president.

In this role, Ebeid will provide the strategic direction for Delta’s outsourcing business which provides an array of professional consulting services, including medical writing, pharmacovigilance, clinical and medical management/monitoring, statistics/data management, project management, and regulatory strategy/QA services. Additionally, he will interface with key pharmaceutical and life sciences clients across the US to ensure successful execution and delivery of quality projects.

Before joining Delta Outsourcing, Ebeid served as a Principal with PRTM Management Consultants.   He was in PRTM’s Healthcare practice where he focused on helping biopharmaceutical companies define and implement new global operating models, governance structures, strategic sourcing strategies, and portfolio and project management capabilities.  He also held positions at Takeda Pharmaceuticals where he led the global strategic operations group, Accenture where he led several R&D business process engagements in the firm’s health and life sciences practice, and IIT Research Institute where he drove several laboratory process and operational optimization initiatives.
